By using Ottie you agree to these Terms. 1. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use Ottie. If you are under 13, please do not use the app. 2. What Ottie is Ottie is a fictional AI character. Her replies are generated by artificial intelligence, are not statements of fact, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate despite our safeguards. 3. Not professional advice Ottie does not give medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Nothing she says should be relied on for any important decision. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional, not Ottie. 4. Your responsibility You are responsible for how you use Ottie and for decisions you make. Do not rely on Ottie for high-stakes, safety-critical, or emergency situations. 5. Acceptable use Do not use Ottie to break the law, harm others, produce sexual content involving minors, harass or exploit anyone, or attempt to bypass, probe, or defeat our safety systems. We may suspend or end access for violations. 6. Your content You keep ownership of what you send Ottie (messages, and later images or voice). You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. 7. Our content and IP Ottie, including the character, artwork, animations, stories, and software, is owned by Hi Lulu, LLC and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from it without permission. 8. Subscriptions Any paid features, when offered, are billed through the platform's app store and governed by its terms plus any additional terms shown at purchase. Manage or cancel through your app-store account. 9. Termination You may stop using Ottie and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or as required by law. 10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability Ottie is provided "as is", without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hi Lulu, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. 11.
