Delete everything

You can delete Ottie and all your data at any time, right inside the app.

In the Ottie app:
  1. Open the You tab.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete everything, then confirm.

This permanently deletes Ottie and everything: her memories, your story progress, and your room, subject to limited legal or backup retention. It cannot be undone.

You can also export your data first (You → Account → Download my data). Questions? Email support@ottiesworld.com.
